Solais is free for people telling their story, and a flat subscription for the law firms that receive them. Here is what it does today.
For people with a legal problem
- Guided questions, in English or Spanish. Tell your story once, in your own words, and check a clear summary before anything is shared.
- Tips before you send. Solais points out missing details, such as dates or names, that help a lawyer understand your matter. It never judges whether you have a case.
- Several stories, one account. Each story goes to its own law firm.
- Free and low-cost help. If you cannot afford a lawyer, were harmed by a crime, or are under 18, Solais shows free legal aid, victim support and helplines.
For law firms
- Your own intake link. Share it with people who contact your firm, and their stories come straight to your inbox after a quick check by our team.
- Every story reviewed by a person before it reaches a firm, matched by area of law and state.
- Conflict check first. See the names involved before you read anything confidential, then open the story or decline.
- An inbox for your matters. Accept, decline or ask the client a question. Contact details appear once you accept.
- One flat subscription that never depends on which matters you take, and never a share of your fees.
Solais is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.
